MALVERN FESTIVAL FRINGE - CRAFT FAIR & ART EXHIBITION
- THURS 31ST MAY TO SAT 2ND JUNE 2007

Following the success of the 1st Arts & Crafts Exhibition as part of Malvern
Fringe Festival last year, we are now planning this year’s event and would like to take
this opportunity to invite craftspeople to participate.

As well as four days of original and inspiring music, drama and dance activities, the
Fringe Festival will be including a four-day craft fair and art exhibition, which will run
from the 30th May to the 2nd June.

Craftspersons are invited to exhibit in our ‘Craft Boulevard’, a row of top-quality stalls
displaying the best examples of craft work for sale to the public. This will run along the
busy arcade alongside Malvern’s Waitrose Store, extending down into the courtyard area
located in front of the main entrance steps. Artists have the opportunity to exhibit their
work in the art exhibition, which will tkae place in venues round the town including;
Malvern’s beautiful and historic Priory, the Barry Jackson Rooms next door to Malvern
Theatre, and a proposed Walkway Gallery, along Church Walk.

Waitrose is Malvern Town Centre’s busiest shopping area, and both the Priory building
and Malvern Theatre are amongst the Town’s premier tourist attractions, receiving many
thousands of visitors every Summer. Participants in last years event did extremely well;
those who attended in 2006 expressed a wish to return again this year, whilst new
attendees will surely find that they will not be disappointed if they invest in a pitch!

We ask that you please return the form by Mon 16th April.
Full confirmation of entry will be given by Weds 25th April by phone, letter or email.

Please ensure that we receive full payment by Sat 5th May for us to confirm your booking.
